2017 Medium: Adobe Illustrator This piece touches upon my desire for greater representation of diverse races and gender identities, as well as sexual identities, in all aspects of what we consume visually. I consider representation and exposure to be one of the most vital steps to societal progression. I imagine a greater future for those of us who feel insufficiently represented by the media and pop culture that we’re exposed to, daily.

2017 Adobe Illustrator 5"x9.5" This is an appropriation of the album cover for "Chinese Fountain", by The Growlers. I developed the design of this cover on my own, but the names of the songs, the actual album name, record label, and band, are real and do not belong to me. In making this album cover, I wanted to take aspects of the original cover into account, including color scheme and my interpretation of the lyrics from the songs in the actual album.
